- •Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees
- •Record sick notes for your team
- •Induct new employees and organize training courses
- •Implement floor management
- •Act as a role model for the Sephora Attitude and share the Sephora DNA
- •Oversee recruitment and recruitment strategies
- •Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year growth
- •Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance
- •Develop sales potential
- •Ensure high visual merchandising standards and timely updates
- •Maintain order and cleanliness on the sales floor
- •Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal teams
- •Track and ensure store profitability
- •Deliver excellent customer service and focus on customer satisfaction
- •Evaluate customer feedback and implement measures for improvement
- •Surprise customers regularly
- •Create staff schedules
- •Develop daily staff deployment plans and coordinate employees on the sales floor
- •Implement inventories to ensure optimal product availability
- •Manage goods from receipt to storage, including write-offs and returns
- •Ensure proper opening and closing of the store, including cash register closing
- •Report and track maintenance and merchandise issues
- •Ensure store operations comply with Sephora Audit rules
- •Participate in retail projects with Area Managers
- •Foster good relationships with partners
- •Handle additional daily business tasks
