Deine Aufgaben

•Manage back of house and shop floor operations
•Process and manage deliveries, transfers, and returns on the POS system
•Notify the Store Manager of delivery or stock discrepancies
•Ensure daily processing of Farfetch orders and achievement of KPI targets
•File paperwork according to House of Karl procedures
•Prioritize deliveries based on product turnover and promotions
•Oversee stock team communication and training
•Process defective items and customer returns
•Provide feedback to the Store Manager on stock needs
•Maintain an organized stockroom and shop floor storage
•Monitor best and slow sellers for easy access in the stockroom
•Ensure efficient replenishment on the shop floor
•Possess excellent knowledge of product sizes, colors, and styles
•Stay updated on product availability and reorder dates
•Coordinate with the Merchandising team regarding product needs
•Ensure safety in aisles and the stockroom
•Address unsafe behavior among associates
•Follow loss prevention procedures
•Implement actions to reduce shrink through inventory cycles and security tagging
•Treat all associates and customers with respect
