Anforderungen
- •10+ years industry experience in designing, building, and supporting large scale systems
- •Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
- •Systems programming skills including multi-threading, concurrency, caching
- •Fluency in Java or other similar procedural object-oriented language
- •Track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions
- •Knowledge of database internals
- •BS in Computer Science; Masters or PhD preferred

- •Solve real business needs at scale
- •Build next-generation transaction systems
- •Develop a highly-parallel and fault-tolerant database system
- •Implement a decentralized caching system for terabytes of metadata
- •Design and implement high-performance systems for growing database requests
- •Create core infrastructure features including APIs and DDL transactions
- •Develop advanced features like cloning, time travel, snapshots, and replication
- •Analyze and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks
- •Work on background services for the multi-level metadata system
- •Ensure operational readiness and meet customer commitments for availability and performance
