- •PhD in physics, mathematics, computer science, or comparable field or equivalent work experience
- •3 years of professional experience in quantum computing
- •Experience with quantum algorithms for relevant use cases
- •Expertise in Python and Qiskit or similar quantum SDK
- •Experience commercializing end-to-end software utilizing hybrid computing
- •Experience proposing and executing consultative contracts
- •Mastery of key mathematical techniques in quantum computing
- •Demonstrated ability to communicate scientific results clearly
- •Active participation in the FTQC algorithm community
- •Demonstrated expertise in FTQC algorithms
- •Relentless dedication to optimizing algorithmic performance

- •Drive technical interactions across multi-disciplinary teams
- •Identify and solve real-world problems using IonQ quantum computers
