Anforderungen
- •Master’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- •Minimum 10 years of software development experience
- •Proven ability to design and implement software architectures
- •Extensive experience in designing scalable and modular software architectures
- •Expertise in advanced debugging methodologies
- •Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and familiarity with modern Realtime OS
- •Hands-on experience with processors and microcontrollers
- •Strong knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet)
- •Familiarity with emerging technologies like TSN
- •Proficiency in debugging tools and version control systems
- •System-level expertise in integrating software with hardware platforms
- •Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- •Strategic thinking with proactive problem-solving ability
- •Leadership qualities to inspire and mentor team members
- •Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- •Full working proficiency in English and German
- •Valid driver’s license
- •Willingness to travel extensively
- •In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles

- •Basic understanding of FPGA development concepts
- •Expertise in advanced system modelling and simulation tools

Deine Aufgaben
- •Understand customer needs and propose innovative, system-level solutions using ADI's portfolio
- •Build, present, and document comprehensive Proof of Concept demos to showcase ADI’s capabilities
- •Lead customer engagements by designing and integrating software and hardware systems
- •Facilitate communication and collaboration between customers, internal Business Units, and cross-functional teams
- •Participate in and lead system integration, debugging, and optimization activities
- •Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with customers as a strategic advisor
- •Mentor junior team members and guide best practices in software and hardware integration
- •Identify potential technical and process-related issues and implement preventive measures
- •Shape and improve internal processes to enhance team efficiency and performance
- •Set high standards in technical expertise, customer engagement, and adherence to processes
- •Participate in the evaluation and design of new software architectures and development strategies
- •Travel to customer sites (up to 50%) to provide technical support and build relationships
- •Lead cross-functional collaborations to address customer needs and identify new business opportunities
- •Champion the improvement of workflows to align with organizational goals and industry standards
