As a technical leader, you'll drive discussions at the intersection of data science and product management, aligning diverse perspectives across multi-functional teams across India, Europe, and the US.
**What You'll Do**
* Act as a trusted partner across the business unit to optimize key measures and nurture a culture of data-driven decisions.
* Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership, uncovering new ways to improve our platform and influencing strategy with clear, data-driven narratives.
* Build causal and predictive models and algorithms to improve customer retention, product virality, and platform efficiency.
