Anforderungen
- •Minimum 10 years of experience with Master's degree or minimum 5 years of experience with Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field
- •Expertise in data science with emphasis on personalization and marketing communications
- •Deep understanding of machine learning principles and techniques for personalization and content creation
- •Ability to solve complex optimization problems
- •Ability to design and interpret A/B tests and quasi-experiments
- •Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities
- •Experience with customer behavior analysis and segmentation
- •Experience in leveraging Generative AI models for content generation

- •Own and evolve the data and modeling strategy for customized journeys
- •Lead complex feature engineering initiatives to enhance decision quality

- •Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
- •Drive alignment on measuring and scaling personalization efforts
- •Influence roadmap decisions by framing problems in data terms
- •Contribute to build vs buy decisions for data science tools
- •Define and evolve shared decisioning frameworks and data products
- •Ensure analytical solutions are production-ready and observable
- •Mentor and guide other data scientists in analytical rigor
- •Partner with engineering to implement capabilities in production
- •Explore AI and automation to enhance decisioning and experimentation
