- •Minimize service interruptions for process equipment
- •Supervise Technicians on rotating shifts for 24/7 operations
- •Adhere to and document the maintenance program
- •Support continuous improvement initiatives
- •Lead the Operations and Flow Team
- •Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety regulations
- •Support capital projects and ensure equipment safety compliance
- •Promote a safety culture in maintenance activities
- •Recognize hazards and implement safety measures
- •Mentor Technicians to enhance technical skills and team cohesion
- •Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting equipment issues
- •Review and evaluate corrective and emergency work orders
- •Initiate change controls and SOPs for qualified systems
- •Supervise Technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance
- •Own and execute the maintenance program
- •Establish and manage the maintenance budget
- •Provide 24-hour emergency response
- •Manage and train outside contractors
- •Encourage employee planning and goal development
- •Prepare processes for internal and external audits
- •Interact with local and global functional areas and suppliers
- •Develop employees and future leaders in the pharmaceutical field
- •Keep the maintenance team updated on technical knowledge
- •Foster an inclusive and engaged workplace
- •Ensure effective hiring and staffing
