- •Adhere to and document the maintenance program

- •Lead the Operations and Flow Team
- •Ensure compliance with cGMP and Lilly standards
- •Support capital projects and ensure safety compliance
- •Promote a safety culture in maintenance activities
- •Recognize hazards and implement safety measures
- •Mentor Technicians to balance technical skills and team cohesion
- •Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting equipment issues
- •Review and evaluate work orders for trends and solutions
- •Supervise Technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance
- •Own and execute the maintenance program
- •Establish and manage the maintenance budget
- •Provide 24-hour emergency response
- •Manage and train outside contractors
- •Encourage employee planning and goal development
- •Prepare processes for internal and external audits
- •Interact with stakeholders and suppliers to influence decisions
- •Develop employees and future leaders in the pharmaceutical field
- •Keep the maintenance team updated on technical knowledge
- •Foster an inclusive and engaged workplace
