# Sr. LCA Consultant (Agriculture/Consumer Goods)

**Consulting**
* Ensure the delivery of consulting projects in product and/or corporate sustainability, such as LCA, EPD, strategy projects (incl. research, analyses, reports, presentations, etc.). Delegate project tasks.
* Ensure the delivery of consulting projects in the agreed time, duration, scope, quality and budget. Deliver profitable projects.
* Manage several consulting projects in your domain and/or sector and collaborate with other domains / sectors were necessary. Strictly follow the existing QM processes incl. project closure
* Manage medium and large consulting projects
* Contribute to achieve the annual sustainability consulting targets in terms of revenue, bookings, and utilization
* Ensure a collaborative atmosphere in the project team and provide regular feedback to your project team members
* Support projects from other teams/regions across Product and Corporate Sustainability, particularly by providing expert know-how and guidance
* Share appropriate domain or sector knowledge within your project team and the sustainability consulting organization
* Use own judgment to prioritize time and understand the capacity situation
* Submit your timesheets on a weekly basis
* Adapt your vacation planning on a monthly basis. Monitor your project status regularly (e.g. resource schedule, budget, profitability, etc.) and plan/adapt your projects once a month
* Maintain quality assurance according to Sphera's quality management processes. As project manager: Be responsible for its application. Ensure all deliverables are QA-checked
* Appropriately represent Sphera in client contact with seniority
* Engage with customer, typically with more senior staff. Build a trust relationship with clients, identify client challenges, and proposes solutions
* Manage any customer satisfaction issue according to Sphera's quality assurance process
* Identify new sales opportunities with existing and/or new clients. Support colleagues from business development in drafting proposals and Statements of work (SOW)
* Contribute to marketing activities and support the Go-to-Market strategy developments in your domain/sector. Inform marketing about the attendance of any conferences, events, etc.
* Demonstrate thought leadership in the **Agriculture/Consumer Goods industry** through presentations, blogs, publications of studies, whitepapers, webinars etc. on our homepage, at conferences, and journals or by posting e.g., on LinkedIn, etc.
* Maintain Sphera’s knowledge management and provide project references on closed projects
**Skills**
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
* Expert user of Sphera software (LCA FE, formerly known as"GaBi")
* Strong written and oral presentation skills in English (German is a plus!)
* 4+ years experience in LCA and product sustainability matters
