Anforderungen

  • Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, field application engineering, or hardware engineering
  • Master's degree plus 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in automotive, sensor, or traffic industry
  • Exposure to full product lifecycle management
  • Deep knowledge of LiDAR systems and sensor technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on approach to resolving technical challenges
  • Ability to travel as needed (20%)
  • Experience with lasers, photodetectors, or optical systems

  • Partner with engineering, business development, and sales teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
  • Provide technical insights on LiDAR solutions
  • Demonstrate the value of LiDAR technology
  • Drive successful product integration
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements
  • Influence product development based on customer needs
  • Serve as the primary technical interface with R&D teams
  • Lead technical demonstrations and training workshops
  • Conduct hands-on proof-of-concept projects
  • Provide field support for product integration
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during LiDAR deployment
  • Work with sales teams to develop technical proposals
  • Answer RFIs and RFQs with accurate technical content
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Identify opportunities for value-added solutions
  • Drive technical discussions to close deals
  • Lead on-site customer visits and evaluations
  • Ensure product performance meets customer expectations
  • Foster strong customer relationships for long-term success
