- •Excellent communication and diplomacy skills under pressure
- •Comfortable with significant travel throughout EMEA
- •Direct experience managing high-profile cross-regional esports productions
- •Practical knowledge of modern broadcast solutions
- •Experience in a project or contract-based event delivery role

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead planning and delivery for the 2026 LEC Roadtrips, Summer Finals, and LEC XPO
- •Develop operational roadmaps and resource plans for the events
- •Collaborate with senior Producers and regional leadership to align event vision, scope, and budget
- •Oversee physical production design and execution for the LEC Summer Finals, LEC XPO, and Roadtrips
- •Ensure seamless integration of scenic, lighting, AV, staging, power, and rigging with broadcast workflows
- •Manage health, safety, permitting, and risk mitigation at all event venues
- •Coordinate hospitality frameworks for players, talent, and VIPs during the events
- •Align participant travel schedules and accommodations with show operations
- •Manage production budgets for the Roadtrips, Summer Finals, and LEC XPO
- •Act as the primary contact for vendor relationships and logistical coordination
- •Apply Riot’s production management frameworks and tools for efficient execution
- •Document processes and key learnings for the long-term production team
