•Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet management, transportation execution, or supply chain execution
•Extensive hands-on knowledge of fleet-based operational models
•Strong understanding of optimisation algorithms and planning logic
•Proven experience leading technology implementations with measurable business impact
•Ability to bridge operational reality and enterprise software solutions
•Strong personal presence with the ability to influence stakeholders
•Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites
•Background in IT, enterprise software, or solution architecture helpful
•First-hand operational experience in fleet or logistics operations
•Experience working across industries adopting fleet solutions
•Familiarity with SaaS-based execution platforms and cloud-native architectures
•Experience in consulting or enterprise solution architecture roles
