Anforderungen
- •University degree in actuarial science, economics, mathematics, computer science, or a similar field
- •Multi-year professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
- •Experience with data projects and demonstrated analytical/quantitative skills
- •Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- •Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- •Experience in the (re)insurance industry, particularly with knowledge of Specialty lines
- •Programming skills in R, Python, or other related languages
- •Product management experience
- •Familiarity with machine learning techniques and applications
- •Experience working in global, virtual teams
- •Additional language skills beyond English
- •Encouragement for experienced professionals returning to the workforce

- •Lead product management for key analytics products
- •Oversee product development from requirements gathering to implementation
- •Translate business needs into effective solutions

- •Support the Specialty Analytics value stream
- •Contribute to the Specialty Data & Technology vision and roadmap
- •Ensure alignment with Specialty-specific tools and the broader P&C landscape
- •Promote data literacy within the Specialty Underwriting community
- •Foster a data-driven culture in the organization
