Anforderungen
- •Commercial training in foreign trade, freight forwarding and logistics services or comparable training
- •In-depth knowledge in import and export and customs procedures
- •Practical experience in bonded warehousing, AEO and compliance management
- •Very good knowledge of customs and economic procedures/directives
- •Know-how in document processing, incoterms, commodity tariff numbers and export control
- •Routine handling of MS Office, ATLAS and Dakosy ZODIAK GE
- •Reliability, conscientious cooperation, willingness to make contacts, persuasiveness and intercultural competence
- •Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Deine Aufgaben
- •Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations
- •Manage customs processes and licenses
- •Classify tariffs and utilize customs compliance tools
- •Support import and export operations
- •Monitor inventory movements within the bonded warehouse
- •Perform compliance checks according to AEO-C certification
- •Optimize processes for continuous improvement
- •Assess and mitigate risks in trade operations
- •Review and prepare accurate import and export documents via Dakosy Zodiak GE
- •Complete clearance and prepare export shipping documents for non-Union goods
- •Prepare and verify A.TR, EUR.1, T2L customs certificates and relevant import documents
- •Book imported goods into the bonded warehouse and monitor stock
- •Monitor customs permits and associated requirements
- •Map, document, and optimize trade compliance processes
- •Develop standard operating procedures for customs operations
- •Maintain accurate records for customs audits and regulatory reporting
- •Act as a contact person for customs authorities, brokers, and internal departments
