•Degree in business, economics, supply chain, or comparable experience in customer service
•Proficient English language skills in speaking and writing; additional language skills relevant to customer base beneficial
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Very good knowledge of SAP and proficiency in MS Office programs
•Strong problem-solving skills with proactive mindset
•Very good organizational and time management skills under pressure

•Provide regulatory support for pharmaceutical registrations
•Process quality questionnaires and statements
•Lead the change management process
•Manage changes to product specifications
•Optimize processes and production
•Communicate relevant information within the organization
•Create and update relevant documentation
•Accompany customer audits on-site
•Conduct internal audits
•Assist with supplier qualification
•Support and monitor GDP/GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9000 topics
•Conduct internal training on quality topics
•Manage approvals and process creation in the GMP environment
