Anforderungen

•Completed apprenticeship, degree, or practical training in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
•1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support role
•Very strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing, automation)
•Strong experience in Power BI (dashboard creation, data modelling, DAX)
•High enthusiasm for working with data
•Experience with logistics or shipping systems (EasyPost, Centiro, OMS)
•High attention to detail and accuracy when handling operational data and KPIs
•Strong ability to structure information, document processes, and maintain reporting consistency
•Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional, and solution-oriented environment
•Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear actions for stakeholders
•Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and optimisation

•Ensure accurate maintenance of logistics master data
•Monitor delivery performance across carriers
•Prepare and share delay reports and delivery performance insights
•Coordinate change requests and ensure correct implementation
•Support weekly and monthly logistics reporting cycles
•Analyze lost and damaged shipments and identify root causes
•Maintain and update logistics dashboards and reporting tools
•Validate shipping material usage and operational inputs
•Monitor volume commitments and escalate risks when needed
•Support development projects and continuous improvement initiatives
•Ensure communication and alignment with cross-functional partners
•Participate in regular meetings with carriers and internal teams
•Maintain structured data documentation and audit-ready reporting files
