Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- •4+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search inclusive PMAX and Demand Gen
- •Familiarity with SEO strategies and Paid Search
- •Display experience in DV360 is a plus
- •Knowledge of remarketing strategies and audience segmentation
- •Strong proficiency in SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
- •Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe, Looker Studio, etc.)
- •Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI
- •Excellent communication and project management skills
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and execute Paid Search strategies for Northern Europe markets
- •Implement OneSearch approach to align Paid Search and SEO
- •Define campaign objectives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
- •Collaborate with E-Commerce teams to optimize product feeds and landing pages
- •Manage end-to-end Paid Search campaigns with the agency
- •Coordinate Performance Display campaigns for remarketing objectives
- •Implement tracking and conversion measurement using Google Tag Manager and Adobe
- •Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines
- •Continuously monitor Paid Search performance and optimize for KPIs
- •Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- •Use automation and feed management tools to improve efficiency
- •Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting
- •Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- •Provide actionable insights for future strategy and budget planning
- •Set up Looker Studio dashboards for performance monitoring
- •Act as a bridge between Paid Marketing and E-Commerce
- •Work with SEO specialists to implement OneSearch best practices
- •Liaise with external media partners to stay updated on trends
- •Present campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders
