Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Controlling, Statistics, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in an international environment
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, statistical software)
- •Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage

- •Drive initiatives to optimize hire-to-retire processes
- •Enhance employee experience with cost-effective solutions
- •Support CSRD-compliant annual reporting for workforce
- •Maintain the Bilfinger Global HR risk controlling matrix
- •Define KPIs for workforce productivity and cost efficiency
- •Build predictive models for organizational outcomes
- •Assist in functional budgeting and cost controlling processes
- •Ensure alignment with corporate financial targets
