Anforderungen
- •Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, microsystems technology, mechanical engineering, physics or similar
- •Professional experience in optoelectronic systems, ideally in automotive sector
- •Knowledge in optics, electrical engineering, thermal management and assembly
- •Knowledge of lifetime securing, analysis, measurement and testing technology
- •Analytical thinking, communication skills and assertiveness
- •Proactive, team-oriented working, initiative and motivation
- •Ability to coordinate and manage project teams
- •Very good English and preferably German language skills

- •Develop innovative lighting systems with international partners
- •Integrate and industrialize systems for automotive projects
- •Manage requirements and supplier collaboration for solutions
- •Support product creation from pre-development to production
- •Develop and verify new optoelectronic components
- •Test LEDs, displays, and SmartGlass technologies
- •Collaborate with cross-system and cross-domain teams
- •Support global series development for optoelectronic systems
- •Initiate and evaluate component reliability tests
- •Conduct basic research and pilot applications
- •Coordinate closely with global development partners
