* Provide expert input throughout the entire product development process, with a focus on ergonomics, biomechanics, and usability
* Organize and conduct hands-on product testing with children and parents, gathering structured feedback to drive iterative design improvements

**Profile of Qualification:**

* A genuine interest in ergonomic design and user-centered development, especially in the context of juvenile products
* Demonstrated responsibility in handling safety-relevant tasks and adherence to regulatory or industry standards
* Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly for documentation, data evaluation, and presentation
