Anforderungen
- •Completed degree or vocational training in IT or natural sciences
- •Relevant professional experience in GMP environment, ideally in QC, LIMS, or laboratory systems
- •High affinity for IT systems and their integration into regulated processes
- •Ability to convey complex technical topics understandably and set priorities with the business
- •Strong communication skills and service orientation in dealing with various stakeholders
- •Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style
- •Willingness to work hybrid at the Mainz location
- •Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

Deine Aufgaben
- •Establish and maintain the interface between QC and LabIT, CoreIT, and QA
- •Ensure operational capability of all digital QC systems, including 2nd and 3rd level support
- •Evaluate, prioritize, and track technical requirements from the department, including change control and interface coordination
- •Assist in creating technical documentation and preparing for audits, as well as supporting validation and qualification activities
- •Build expertise in QC systems and support other specialists while developing internal team standards
