You will proactively recognize emerging challenges and develop a proposed solution for them. In the area of cashless payment at the cutting edge, you will help shape the operation of our application landscape. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities​** * Controlling and monitoring of the quality of the application and systems in terms of end-to-end processing of our business services * Development and implementation of procedures and tools for application monitoring based on Splunk * Analyzing, localizing and communicating incidents, coordinating solution finding and elimination, initiating escalation mechanisms * Identification and elimination of weak points and optimization requirements in existing processes and systems * Assuming specialist responsibility and ensuring know-how transfer for individual applications * Performing a periodic on-call service * Involvement in the emergency organization and projects of the IT Operations Division * Participation in projects and programs of the IT Operations Division **Who Are We Looking For** We look for big thinkers.
