**Role and Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate short-to mid term (S&OP horizon) **Assumption Based Planning** on country/cluster level, translating corporate objectives into actionable sales & share plans in close collaboration with local teams (Sales/Pricing/Marketing/Supply Chain) and Hub leadership & PBU.
* Coordinate Channel & Market Sales **Plan Sufficiency**
* Own the local **Risk & Opportunity (R&O)** process and carefully monitor the cycle over cycle evolution of those items in order to support a realistic 50/50 view.
* Pre-empt **mitigation and contingency plans** as part of the monthly operating cycle and define the **trigger points** for switching on the mitigation plans.
* Provide business insights to drive **Business Performance acceleration** on country/channel/customer level, facilitating the achievement of key Hub strategy & objectives, flagging volume/mix opportunities to (over)deliver the plan.
* Actively support and endorse the application of **centralized & standardized orders/sales/shares/triangulation reporting** to support ongoing efficiency and transparency.
* Actively and structurally **communicate** on developments throughout the cycles with local & PBU leadership through the various touch-points in the cycle, but also ad-hoc if required
* Support the **SIP process** from local perspective
* Lead **value trade-offs** locally.
