Anforderungen
- •Advanced degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field
- •Business administration or financial qualification
- •Experience in health financing, innovative finance, large financing initiatives, and financing instruments in global health or development contexts
- •Experience in designing and managing financing mechanisms or investment tools in a health context
- •Excellent stakeholder engagement, project management, and analytical skills
- •Demonstrated experience in leading cross-disciplinary projects
- •Evidence of successfully managing projects highlighting project management skills and capabilities
- •Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and ability to build trustful relationships and influence stakeholders
- •At least five years of relevant post-university work experience
- •Understanding of procurement and supply chain dynamics in low- and middle-income countries
- •Familiarity with the Global Fund business model and Global Fund policies and processes
- •Experience in public health and market shaping for health products
- •Excellent knowledge of English and preferably good working knowledge of French

- •Collaborate to integrate financing tools into grant processes
- •Engage with internal and external stakeholders for alignment
- •Represent Supply Operations in technical working groups
- •Act as a focal point for access financing solutions
- •Ensure compliance with internal policies and donor agreements
- •Identify financial and operational risks in financing tools
- •Collaborate on risk mitigation actions
- •Drive continuous improvement of financing processes
