## Sourcing Specialist – Essential Oils & Cosmetic ingredients (all genders) ###### Permanent employee, Full-time · Berlin --- ##### Your role We are seeking an experienced **Sourcing Specialist** to support our Sourcing team, with a primary focus on raw material sourcing for our Aroma & Cosmetics division. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for the global sourcing of **essential oils & cosmetic ingredients**. This role requires strong research skills, along with a genuine passion for natural ingredients, health, and wellness. * You are seeking out producers and suppliers of high-quality essential oils and cosmetic ingredients * You are responsible for the expansion of our single essential oils and product portfolio through research, networking and following-up on trends and innovations in Aromatherapy and natural cosmetics * You are developing and expanding our supplier database – drafting contracts and building close relationships with suppliers * Integrated within the Aroma Team, you are working closely together with our Product Development, Purchasing, Quality & Editorial teams ##### Your profile * You have +2 years of experience in international sourcing within the natural ingredients, cosmetics or related industries * Knowledge of procurement processes and practices, including contract management, supplier selection and negotiation * Strong analytical skills and experience using data analysis and knowledge of industry trends, developments, and the ability to stay informed about new technologies * You are a powerful and assertive negotiator with excellent communication skills with a fundamental knowledge in working with suppliers or external stakeholders * You are an open-minded team player with a hands-on, meticulous and independent working style * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment ##### What we offer * An appealing discount on all of our Sunday Natural products – from essential oils to vitamins & nutrients * We offer 28 days of paid time off per year plus up to 5 days off between Christmas and New Year * The Urban Sports Club membership, Swapfiets bike rental and a subsidy for the BVG ticket * A healthy balance is important to us: we offer a hybrid work model and 'workation' * Receive various discounts of up to more than 50 percent on attractive brands such as Flaconi, Bosch, Apple or Expedia * You will be given real ownership and plenty of room for new initiatives, as well as the opportunity to contribute your expertise and implement your great ideas * Inviting office spaces with access to plenty of organic teas and superfoods from around the world * We, the Sunday Natural Group, likes to celebrate each other!
