About the role

* You will be accountable for:
* Running and optimizing our production capabilities and overall operations on the site
* Managing projects related to factory revamping, automation, and manufacturing excellence initiatives
* Shaping the industry of the future through digital transformation through data and process control
* Driving the sustainability, energy transition, and safety agenda in collaboration with diverse specialized teams
* Challenging our organization and providing suggestions for potential improvement opportunities

* We provide a full-time permanent contract, featuring hybrid and on-site work arrangements, through 3 rotations of 12 months, across diverse business units, functions, projects, and geographic locations. The start date is expected to be September 2025.
About you
* Master degree or equivalent in chemical or mechanical engineering.
* Relevant first experience in chemical or manufacturing industries. Digital background is a plus.
* Competencies:
* Expertise in engineering principles

* Proficiency in English is required, while proficiency in any additional language is advantageous

About the pay and benefits
* Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The annual base salary for this role is 74 700 EUR. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and other incentives.
