We are seeking a new Team Member to serve as **Solutions Sales Specialist** and strategic business partner who will be responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities with customers.
**Responsibilities**
* Working within certain accounts or client segments, you will sell a range of Global IQVIA products and services under the portfolio of Global Market Insights to achieve assigned revenue goals.
* You will be engaged throughout the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, pricing, proposals, contracting, and cash collection.
* With a strategic mind, you will establish and execute a comprehensive sales plan for each target account or segment, effectively managing renewals and subscriptions.
* You will identify and lead the pursuit of renewal and new business development opportunities.
* As you anticipate client needs, you will collaborate with and present proposed solutions to clients' complex business issues.
* You will represent IQVIA to the client (and the client to IQVIA) in all sales-related activities.
**What are we seeking? You are someone who:**
* Has a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
* Is revenue-driven: with an innate streak for Sales and BD, you have the drive and determination to exceed your goals.
* Is an independent and customer-focused individual, who is knowledgeable, consultative, collaborative, a problem solver, creative, resourceful, organized, and an effective negotiator.
* Possesses a relevant sales background with excellent presentation and writing skills – you act with a sense of urgency and can work independently and within a team.
* Has strategic business awareness and possesses analytical skills.
* Can speak/write English fluently – knowledge of French or German is highly advantageous.
* Ideally possesses a solid understanding of the Pharma Industry and its trends.
