- •Familiarity with POS register systems and integration kits
- •Equivalent experience in developing technical solutions
- •Base experience and qualifications in Solution Engineering
- •Track record of managing, consulting, and servicing complex customers
- •Custom development and high responsiveness in complex environments
- •Development level experience in Android, Java, and C Sharp
- •In-depth knowledge of API Integration
- •Proficiency in secure payment solutions
- •Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem resolution
- •Understanding of driver solutions, PC installations, and POS workflows
- •Project management, time management, and task prioritization skills
- •Analytical capabilities and leadership skills in managing customer expectations
- •Written and verbal communication skills in customer settings
- •Ability to establish business relationships and work in a team
- •Ability to communicate business needs to technical people
- •Understanding of encryption standards in secure payment industry
- •Experience with EMV certification and integration
- •Understanding of security requirements in payment industry
- •Hardware experience with POS peripherals and common retail workstations

- •Understanding of payment device interfaces and implementations
- •Experience with graphics generation and manipulation tools
- •Experience with Java development environment

- •Support pre and post-sales integration needs
- •Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers
- •Provide technical product integration support
- •Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments
- •Gather and assess functional, technical, and business requirements
- •Perform technical and sales activities at customer locations
- •Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations
- •Provide field support for customer integrations
- •Work directly with customers and partners on product integration
- •Gather technical requirements from customers
- •Offer guidance and training on Ingenico’s terminal solutions
- •Engage in development support roles
- •Manage and consult for complex customers
- •Oversee the Android Global API solution
- •Interface for ISV Android product integration
- •Implement and support Ingenico hardware and software payment solutions
- •Resolve technical integration issues with third-party financial providers
- •Deliver product training to customers and partners
- •Analyze customer requirements and recommend best practices
- •Support sales executives with presentations and technical demonstrations
- •Assist existing clients with problem determination and resolution
- •Participate in sales meetings and industry events
- •Recommend product enhancements to product management
- •Aid in testing and piloting new hardware and software
- •Collaborate with QA and software engineering on problem resolution
- •Provide technical expertise on Ingenico’s multi-lane products
- •Collaborate with teams to accelerate product integration
- •Provide input to Technical Services for Ingenico integration kits
