You will be part of an agile organization and teams which shape and realize future-proof and sustainable digital solutions for our customers. * Strive to gain an in-depth understanding of our business and technological landscape to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives * Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to shape the long-term strategic direction of business architecture and define the technology capabilities required to enable the architecture * Produce target-state solution architecture for the group systems and applications under your responsibility * Transform complex, monolithic architectures into lean, service-oriented architectures * Develop strategies for rehosting and reengineering applications to implement the target architecture on cloud-based infrastructure * Regularly evaluate the system architecture and collaborate with solution teams to design improvements * Continuously evaluate existing and emerging technologies to ensure future-proof and sustainable solutions that achieve business outcomes * Do you have several years' experience in software engineering and/or software architecture, with strong experience of large-scale transformation programmes involving complex integration and service-oriented architecture? * Are you able to handle the benefits and risks when implementing key management points and set boundaries with competing organizational interests? * You have strong communication skills and are willing to be a change agent in the organisation, creating impact and driving the way forward?
