In this role you'll identify technical challenges and design practical, scalable solutions. Your expertise will drive architecture decisions and contribute directly to successful cloud implementations and software development efforts. * Design, implement and evolve scalable, secure and high-performing technical architectures aligned with business goals and modern engineering best practices * Collaborate with product owners and other technical team members to deeply understand pain points, gather requirements and refine technical needs * Propose and prototype end-to-end IT solutions to solve complex business challenges, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term scalability * Actively develop, review and maintain high-quality code, contributing to key projects and mentoring developers on best practices and modern technologies * Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date technical documentation, covering architectural decisions, implementation details and development guidelines * Support the adoption of agile and DevOps principles to enhance delivery speed, quality and collaboration across technology and business teams * Continuously research, evaluate and experiment with new technologies, tools, and practices to drive innovation within the organization * Do you have 7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or software architecture, with a proven ability to architect and implement cloud-native applications using AWS? * Do you have strong experience in agile delivery model? * You have strong communication skills and are willing to be a change agent in the organisation, creating impact and driving the way forward?
