You’ll be instrumental in driving forward the development of platforms and services that align with business goals and user needs. * Develop and maintain software components that support our business objectives, with a focus on performance, reliability and security * Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and break down complex problems into manageable development tasks * Contribute to code reviews, share knowledge and help uphold engineering best practices * Participate in testing, debugging and resolving issues to ensure high-quality software delivery * Write clear, concise documentation to support your work and help others build on it * Support the adoption of agile workflows and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and team learning * Explore and experiment with new technologies and approaches that could improve product quality or team productivity * Do you have 7+ years of experience in software development (preferred Java) with a solid understanding of software engineering principles and experience writing production-ready code? * Do you have a proven ability to implement cloud-native applications (AWS)? * Are you familiar with event driven architecture & tools (e.g. Kafka) as well as with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices?
