**What You’ll Do**
* **Take Technical Ownership**: Define and continuously evolve the architecture roadmap for our Summit product – the foundation of mountain access systems.
* **Be a Change Agent**: Guide a highly experienced and close-knit development team through a cultural and technical shift toward modern software practices.
* **Build Bridges**: Improve collaboration, feedback, and shared accountability.
* **Document and Structure**: Establish clear, reliable technical documentation - your structure will be the backbone of future development.

**What You Bring**
* A university degree in **Computer Science**, **Software Engineering**, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in **software development**, with **at least 3 years in architecture or senior design roles**.
* Strong experience with Microsoft technologies **(.NET / C#**), **SQL databases** (ideally Microsoft SQL Server), and **web technologies**.
* Solid understanding of modern software design principles (**SOLID**, **modularization**, **maintainability**).
* Experience **modernizing legacy systems** and improving code testability.
* Deep knowledge of **software security** best practices (e.g., **encryption**, **authentication**).
* **Agile mindset** and hands-on experience with methods like Scrum or Kanban.
* **Strong communication** and **leadership skills** – including mentoring and giving **constructive feedback**.
* Fluency in **English** and **at least B2-level** proficiency in **German** are required.
