Anforderungen

# SOCEUR Senior Exercise Planner **International - Germany** | **Full time** SOCEUR Senior Exercise Planner Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular-Long Term Assignment Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local\* \* \* **The Opportunity:** As the CACI Senior Exercise Planner, you will assist the J37 with exercise design, planning, and the Joint Event Life Cycle process to create realistic exercises and training events throughout the SOCEUR AOR. You will work within the J37 with other exercise planners as a cooperative team player. As a Senior Exercise Planner, you will also be responsible for providing advice and mentorship on Training, Exercise, and assessment planning and execution, working closely with the Government to ensure plans and CONOPS achieve desired customer end states. **Responsibilities:** * Must be familiar with planning the Exercise Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), exercise budget planning and managing multiple funding lines. * Must be prepared to travel TDY as required for exercise planning and execution. * Requires extensive experience in Crisis Response Exercises. * Must be prepared to serve in any SOCEUR exercise requirement as dictated by the J37 leadership. * Must be prepared to replicate SOCEUR functional positions within an exercise construct. **Qualifications:** *Required:* * Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent education and experience substitutions. * Minimum of 15 years of SOF experience. * Minimum of 5 years of combined experience at the battalion level staff or higher. * Prior experience with training, exercise or assessment methodology or management. * Demonstrated experience with JELC, JTIMS, and budget planning. * Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance. * Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Tool Suite. * Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written; possess the ability to organize and deliver verbal and written products that achieve an exceptionally high standard. * Critical and conceptual thinking skills. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work independently with limited oversight or as a member of a team. *Desired:* * Direct experience working in the SOCEUR AOR. * Former military instructor experience. * Strategic and Operational Exercise Planning experience. * US Army and Joint Special Operations exercise and planning experience. * Service Strategist experience. * Prior joint assignment. **Candidate will qualify for:** * Moving expenses to relocate household from CONUS to Patch Barracks Stuttgart, Germany. * Dependent Education. * LQA - Living Quarters Allowance. **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
