**The Opportunity:**
As the CACI Senior Exercise Planner, you will assist the J37 with exercise design, planning, and the Joint Event Life Cycle process to create realistic exercises and training events throughout the SOCEUR AOR. You will work within the J37 with other exercise planners as a cooperative team player. As a Senior Exercise Planner, you will also be responsible for providing advice and mentorship on Training, Exercise, and assessment planning and execution, working closely with the Government to ensure plans and CONOPS achieve desired customer end states.
**Responsibilities:**
* Must be familiar with planning the Exercise Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), the Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), exercise budget planning and managing multiple funding lines.
* Must be prepared to travel TDY as required for exercise planning and execution.
* Requires extensive experience in Crisis Response Exercises.
* Must be prepared to serve in any SOCEUR exercise requirement as dictated by the J37 leadership.
* Must be prepared to replicate SOCEUR functional positions within an exercise construct.
**Qualifications:**
*Required:*
