Anforderungen

•Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or Master’s degree
•Very good English skills
•Strong MS Office skills and confident with technical tools
•Experience as Plant Logistics Engineer or similar role
•Solid understanding of lean principles and supply-chain tools
•Good understanding of mechanical/engineering fundamentals
•Ability to assess technical feasibility of logistics and packaging solutions
•Strong commitment to safety
•Customer orientation, team spirit, and autonomy
•Strong communication skills in multi-functional & multicultural environments
•Openness to new ideas and willingness to challenge existing solutions
•High willingness to travel

Deine Aufgaben

•Promote a strong safety culture
•Ensure understanding and adherence to safety rules
•Develop optimal supply chain concepts
•Calculate supply chain and packaging costs
•Ensure quotations follow standard processes
•Identify and escalate industrial and operational risks
•Apply POMS and supply chain standards
•Design the complete logistics chain
•Define optimal inventory levels
•Develop functional specifications for packaging
•Coordinate packaging approval and readiness
•Design layouts for warehouses and material flows
•Analyze change impacts on costs and logistics
•Participate in supplier selection and validation
•Document and implement supply chain processes
•Perform logistics FMEA and support audits
•Support the plant during SOP and ramp-up phases
