Anforderungen
- •Higher education in Computer Science or equivalent
- •5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
- •Excellent command of OpenShift and Kubernetes administration
- •Excellent command of monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
- •Excellent command of Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
- •Excellent command of scripting (Shell, Python)
- •Knowledge of networking, security, and RBAC concepts in containerized environments
- •Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery strategies
- •Responsibility, rigor, versatility, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
- •Fluency in French and English
- •Residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate

- •Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the OpenShift platform
- •Manage platform lifecycle including provisioning, updates, and patching
- •Plan capacity for the platform
- •Implement and maintain observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana
- •Establish governance for observability and operability of hosted applications
- •Handle incident response and conduct root cause analysis for platform issues
- •Collaborate with security teams to apply best practices in containerized environments
- •Contribute to continuous improvement of platform architecture and operational processes
