Anforderungen

•Higher education in Computer Science or equivalent
•5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
•Excellent command of OpenShift and Kubernetes administration
•Excellent command of monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
•Excellent command of Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
•Excellent command of scripting (Shell, Python)
•Knowledge of networking, security, and RBAC concepts in containerized environments
•Knowledge of high availability and disaster recovery strategies
•Responsibility, rigor, versatility, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills
•Fluency in French and English
•Residency in Switzerland or willingness to relocate

•Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the OpenShift platform
•Manage platform lifecycle including provisioning, updates, and patching
•Plan capacity for the platform
•Implement and maintain observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana
•Establish governance for observability and operability of hosted applications
•Handle incident response and conduct root cause analysis for platform issues
•Collaborate with security teams to apply best practices in containerized environments
•Contribute to continuous improvement of platform architecture and operational processes
