**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Handyperson to maintain our facilities while providing excellent client service. This role focuses on ensuring spaces are presentable, performing general repairs, maintaining kitchen equipment, and coordinating with vendors to deliver a consistently positive experience for building occupants.
**Responsibilities**
* Ensure all space remain tidy and presentable throughout the day according to client standards
* Conduct regular inspections of building exteriors and interiors to identify maintenance needs
* Fabric maintenance as required
* Perform general small building repairs including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and drywall work
* Interact professionally with clients and building occupants to address maintenance requests and ensure a positive experience
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
* Keep all storage rooms clean and organized
* Regularly check functionality of kitchen equipment and coordinate necessary servicing or repairs
