Site HR Generalist(m/w/x)

In this role, you will play a vital part in the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, while also supporting talent development and contributing to HR reporting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with the HR Manager and engaging with employees to ensure a positive workplace experience.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Administration with a focus on labor law or comparable field
• •At least 3 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role
• •Solid knowledge of collective agreement law, labor law, works constitution law, and social security regulations
• •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• •Strong MS Office and SAP skills
• •Strong persuasion skills, assertiveness, and high level of personal responsibility
• •Excellent communication skills, high stress tolerance, and resilience
