Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, aerospace engineering, or relevant field
  • •Experience in product management or product ownership roles
  • •Experience across entire system engineering lifecycle for complex systems
  • •Ability to identify, assess, and drive effective UI designs
  • •Strong technical background in modern software development methodologies
  • •Excellent communication skills and collaboration ability
  • •Experience in managing external suppliers and subcontractors

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Define the long-term vision for simulator control stations
  • •Translate customer needs into system specifications and acceptance criteria
  • •Shape the technical roadmap with system and software engineers
  • •Break down requirements into tasks and milestones
  • •Own and prioritize the product backlog
  • •Balance new features, technical improvements, and customer feedback
  • •Drive the development of user-centric, high-performance UIs with Qt/QML
  • •Align design with usability and architectural integrity
  • •Perform risk management by identifying and resolving issues proactively
  • •Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within budget and scope
  • •Manage collaboration with external suppliers and subcontractors
  • •Monitor, evaluate, and report on progress and challenges
  • •Keep stakeholders informed of customer feedback
