# SiC Process Architect (m/f/d)

## About the role

## What you will do
* Contribute as process designer/architect in product development projects, together in a multi-disciplinary team with product experts, process and production engineers as well as quality engineers
* Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete power products like diodes, MOSFET based on SiC
* Drive complex situations to team solutions
* Lead projects that execute process development tasks
* Build up know how (technical & procedures) in silicon wafer products and processes
* Build up and maintain external and internal contacts in own field of experience
* Investigate competitor processes and technologies
## What you will need
* Minimum Master’s degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics
* Minimum 5 years relatable work experience depending on educational credentials
* Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with focus on SiC
* Hands on experience in wafer processing at the required equipment
* Able to solve complex tasks with high accuracy
* Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
* Good organization and planning skills
* Good communication skills and fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
