# Responsibilities:
* Development and optimization of technical processes [e.g. assembly procedures, extrusion, vulcanization] with focus on reducing scrap.
* Roote causes analysis of scrap and complaints as well as definition, implementation and documentation of sustainable actions.
* Creation and updates of maintenance manuals, process instructions and training documents.
* Further maintenance and creation of standard documents (OPI, standard time sheet, work combination sheet and spaghetti diagram).
* Analysis of weak points and implementation of continuous improvement processes due to technical availability. Elabortation and implementation of actions to increase technical availability.
* Monitoring and compliance with environmental and health and safety regulations in the area of validity.
* Support in the commissioning of new production processes, systems and tools, including stability verification in the transition from pre-series production to series production.
