Shift Supervisor(m/w/x)

As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee production preparation and provide essential technical support. This role involves implementing improvements, addressing quality issues, and ensuring that all employees are well-trained and compliant with regulations.

Anforderungen

• •Skilled worker in electrical engineering, electronics, or related profession
• •At least 3 years practical experience in a machine manufacturing environment
• •Willingness to work shifts, 2-shift model
• •Knowledge of safety in the workplace and accident prevention
• •Ideally knowledge of industry-specific products, processes, and technologies
• •Experience in working with ERP, ideally SAP, and MS Office
• •Good communication and organizational skills
• •Absolute trustworthiness
