Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
  • •Master craftsman/technician qualification or relevant safety-related degree with internships
  • •2 to 5 years working in industrial sites with chemical risk
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • •Knowledge of planning, general design activities, project engineering, operations and maintenance
  • •Experience with safety management systems
  • •Proficiency in office package
  • •Fluency in German and English

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Review and implement safety, health, and environmental measures
  • •Monitor the effectiveness of SHE measures at the site
  • •Ensure compliance with local and national health and safety regulations
  • •Develop and analyze incident and accident statistics
  • •Report on leading and lagging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • •Prepare periodic reports on SHE activities and outcomes
  • •Ensure compliance with corrective and preventive actions during investigations
  • •Support management in implementing the SHE management system
  • •Assist in applying regional and global SHE policies and procedures
  • •Provide technical support to achieve SHE objectives
  • •Track completion of actions in SHE Digital and the accident logbook
  • •Maintain and update the delegation matrix
  • •Serve as the deputy for the SHE Manager
  • •Update operating procedures and safe work procedures
  • •Review and implement measures in work permits for High-Risk Activities
  • •Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) selection and delivery
  • •Establish and update employee profiles and training courses in Prevenio
  • •Support the development of emergency and contingency plans
  • •Assist in conducting inspections and audits
  • •Verify training and competency levels for equipment management
  • •Interact with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering personnel to manage risks
  • •Control process changes through Management of Change and Pre-Startup Safety Review procedures
  • •Stay current with health and safety regulations and best practices
