- •Implement and document technical support for medical devices.
- •Detect and repair errors in defective products.
- •Conduct safety and functional checks on medical devices biannually.
- •Participate in handling complaints and non-compliance issues.
- •Contact customers to schedule appointments and prepare quotes.
- •Process customer feedback and coordinate follow-up actions.
- •Plan and organize service activities with sales teams.
- •Execute monthly and yearly service programs in Germany.
- •Coordinate supply of components from the Hungarian parent company.
- •Submit weekly reports to the Technical Support Manager.
- •Prepare service reports and safety protocols per regulations.
- •Maintain feedback and service report registers as required.
- •Administer time tracking and task management systems.
