## Main responsibilities
• Provides post-sale technical support services to customers, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and services
• Responsibilities are within the Technical Customer Support Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines
## Qualifications & Skills
• Completed training in the technical field, e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering
• Ideally several years of professional experience in field service in the field of maintenance and/or repair of machines in the food industry and experienced in dealing with customers
• Ideally basic PLC knowledge
• Class B driving license
• Business fluent in German, good knowledge of English
• High level of initiative, reliability and willingness to take responsibility
• Very good technical understanding and willingness to undergo further training
• Ability to explain complex technical contexts
• High willingness to travel (approx. 60,000 km p.a.)
