Anforderungen

  • Degree or technical qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automation technology, physics or similar
  • Practical experience in working with systems under cleanroom conditions and knowledge of safe behavior in cleanrooms
  • Experience in service assignments, project coordination or quality management
  • Sound knowledge of electronics, mechanics and ideally optics and software applications
  • Experience in installation, commissioning or technical field service
  • Confident handling of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux) and configuration and diagnostic tools
  • Experience in working with CRM and ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Analytical and structured way of working, high level of personal responsibility
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills even in complex cases
  • High willingness and ability to familiarize with complex special systems and technologies
  • Hands-on mentality and strong customer orientation
  • Willingness to travel >30%, primarily Europe, occasionally worldwide
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Valid EU class B driver's license (up to 3.5 t)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Provide technical support for high-precision laser exposure systems
  • Collaborate closely with development, production, and application teams
  • Install, commission, and accept complex laser exposure systems on-site
  • Conduct error analysis and rectification via remote support or on-site
  • Perform maintenance and repair of existing systems per customer specifications
  • Adjust and calibrate optical components and system parameters
  • Advise customers on technical expansions and modernizations
  • Support machine upgrades and retrofitting of new technologies
  • Document service assignments and measures according to internal standards
  • Train and instruct customer personnel and internal staff on system operation
  • Analyze and report key service metrics like first-time fix rate and MTTR
  • Manage customer complaints and conduct fault analyses using 8D, Ishikawa, and 5-Why methods
  • Assist with internal and external audits, including ISO 9001
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge database for lessons learned and fault prevention
  • Plan and implement technical projects such as upgrades and system rollouts
  • Coordinate technical activities between service, development, and customers
  • Oversee special conversions and interdisciplinary projects
  • Create technical documentation and handovers
  • Follow up and coordinate complex or escalated service cases
  • Systematically improve processing quality and response times
  • Act as an interface between customers, service management, and technical teams
  • Analyze and document service processes, causes, and corrective measures
