Anforderungen

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Analytics, or related field
•6+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management
•Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SAP BI, and Excel
•Experience with SAP (preferably FMS) in order-to-cash
•Strong understanding of leveraging data for business impact
•Strategic problem-solving skills
•Proven leadership and team management skills
•Passion for automation and data visualization
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
•Flexibility to travel across Europe when needed

•Lead performance reporting for warehousing, transportation, and omnichannel operations across Europe
•Define and implement a comprehensive reporting strategy for data-driven decision making
•Collaborate with global technology and product management teams to enhance reporting systems
•Ensure data accuracy across the Distribution & Logistics function
•Develop and monitor key performance indicators to improve supply chain and service performance
•Support major distribution center transformations and the rollout of new marketplaces
•Drive automation of reporting processes and create self-service tools for internal teams
•Contribute to the migration to a new data warehouse and reporting platform
•Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance service levels
