## Job Description **As a member of our SOC (Security Operations Center), you will provide your expertise to your customers to strengthen their operational security and improve their protection by monitoring their managed security services.** 🤓 **Your mission** * Manage and oversee the implementation of SOC projects, ensuring that all aspects meet or exceed customer expectations. * Coordinate and manage all project phases from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. * Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication. * Support your customer base and ensure that they get the most out of the services offered by our mySOC platform. * Work alongside your customers to develop their Cybersecurity strategies. * Manage the mySOC service using adapted governance: steering committee, technical committee, security committee, reports, service reviews, etc. * Ensure the ongoing development of services by adapting them to the customer’s needs. * Contribute to the development of mySOC services and offerings. 🤠 **Your potential projects** What if you joined us?
