## Job Description
We are seeking a Service Center Manager (m/w/f) to join our Danfoss Climate Solutions Heat Exchanger location in **Winsen, Northern Germany**. In Winsen, our Service Center to maintain and test our Plate Heat Exchangers for the DACH region is located, incl a spare parts warehouse. Our customers are mainly HVAC companies as well as Marine and Industry companies.
## Job Responsibilities
In your role, you will:
* Be responsible to manage the daily operations and the workload in the service facility and define priorities as well as coordinating, managing and leading the team to service mainly Sondex branded Heat Exchangers
* Take responsibility for EHS/Quality topics and ensure continuous optimization and improvement
Frequent customer contact and order management
* Maintain ISO and NOBO certifications (Notifying Bodies) by preparing, planning and performance of audits
* Ensure we comply with legal demands concerning the site
* Reporting of relevant KPIs into the (global) organization
## Background & Skills
* University degree or technical training in engineering with focus on manufacturing industry or equivalent
* Proven experience in a technical service role in the HVAC industry, ideally with management experience
* Global customer oriented commercial mindset and experience with matrix organizations
* Business fluent English and German skills
* Solid experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus
