We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our Group as a member of the Customer Service Team within Endress+Hauser International AG. The position is in Reinach, Switzerland and reports to the Director Service, located in Reinach.

* Manage service messages and support the Regional Support Center and Sales Offices in following up on open field cases.
* Coordinate service jobs to resolve outstanding recall topics in collaboration with sales channel partners and customers.
* Handle daily operations related to qualification, tooling, and invoicing of Authorized Service Providers on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
* Maintain accurate reporting and documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
* Support the coordination of international service activities and manage the filing of relevant supporting documents.
